Dupree City Council passes Spiker’s Ordinance

The Dupree City Council passed two ordinances at their September regular meeting on Monday night.  In a 6-0 vote, the council passed City Ordinance 642 which would require citizens to obtain a Spiker’s permit for consumption of alcohol on public property or property owned by a nonprofit corporation, for example Pioneer Hall.
