Dupree Fireman’s Ball Masquerade dance fun for all ages

The Dupree Volunteer Firefighters held their 75th Annual Fireman’s Ball on Saturday night at Pioneer Hall.

The Fireman’s Auxillary sponsored the Masquerade Contest. Costume wearers of all ages came out for a chance to be selected for one of the following categories; Most Original, Most Humorous, Scariest/Ugliest and Most Adorable (for the 0-12 youngsters).  There were three age groups, 0-6, 7-12 and 13 and older.

Music for the evening was provided by Marie Boldt “ReeStyled Rhythm.”

It was announced last week by Fire Chief James Brooks that they would not sell Fireman’s Ball tickets due to the hardship that had fallen on so many due to the early October winter storm.
