William Drew


On December 20, 2013, William Drew, 96, of Gettysburg, left this world to go into the loving arms of his wife and life partner Genee at the Avera Oahe Manor, Gettysburg.

Funeral services was 10:30 a.m., Friday, December 27, at the United Methodist Church, Gettysburg. Burial followed in the Gettysburg Cemetery, directed by Luce Funeral Home, Gettysburg. Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 p.m., Thursday, with a 7:00 p.m. prayer service at the funeral home.

Bill is survived by his children: Robert Drew, Gettysburg and Mona (Jim) Baldridge of Conde; six grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren; one brother; three sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife; daughter in law, Janice Drew; and four brothers.
